Generation Entrepreneur is a volunteer-driven, non-for-profit company that challenges the traditional way education is delivered. We collaborate with teachers, government bodies and industry partners to create and execute on entrepreneurship programs for high school students. You can read our 2021 impact report below.

Our Teams 🕺
Programs 💡
Work alongside a passionate team to create and deliver GE’s workshops for highschool students across NSW. You will get hands on experience in a variety of roles including sales, community engagement, product innovation, partnerships and operations.
About the role:
- Attending weekly meetings with the Programs team.
- Working on designing and innovating our design product to tailor to the needs of various high schools across the country.
- Create and engage a diverse community of stakeholders including teachers, industry partners, and high school students through various initiatives.
- Deliver our workshops to a diverse range of high school students both within schools programs and holiday hackathons.
- Strategize and execute on a sales process to increase ticket sales for our holiday events as well as book in schools for our 1 day schools workshops held throughout the year.
- Work alongside the Programs Team to design and deliver a nationwide tournament throughout 2022.
People ♥️
Promote the wellbeing of our core team members and drive the best human resources practices to enable the growth of this organisation. You will work alongside our People Team to organise internal organisation-wide events and facilitate the development of each person on the GE team.
About the role:
- Working with our People directors to plan and execute strategies relating to talent acquisition, talent retention and succession planning.
- Creating and executing workshops for internal team members to upskill them in various areas such as leadership, presenting, and sales.
- Organising and executing key internal events
- Driving the personal and professional development of internal team members through individual development plans and quarterly reviews.
- Continuously building an environment where everyone can feel safe to be themselves through initiatives and events that promote team bonding and the wellbeing of our team members.
Marketing 📸
Drive the promotional process of our events and maintain and grow GE’s social media, website, and email newsletter engagement levels. You will work alongside our team of creatives on exciting initiatives reaching young entrepreneurs around the world.
About the role:
- Work with marketing directors to develop and execute strategies including but not limited to: promotional processes, social media metric tracking, search engine optimisation, program conversion rates and event advertisements.
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives before, during and after our programs.
- Create a schedule and execute on promotional content leading up to a program
- Designing creative and innovative social media campaigns
- Continually evaluate the suitability, success and engagement of our online content
- Website Curation using Javascript
- SEO Optimization
- Website design and development
- Email marketing
- Analysing conversion rates from email campaigns to ticket sales
